Above All Roofing & Masonry provided the most reasonable quote out of four proposals. My son had his roof replaced by them a few years ago with excellent results. They had great people skills and the crew working on my roof became like family over the two-day project. There were some unknown site conditions and much of the plywood decking had to be replaced due to storm damage. Pricing for extras was fair and reasonable. Very efficient guys.
Our roofing installation was very professional, and the minor wind damage more than 2 years later was quickly and readily covered under warranty. They were very personable, found and repaired shingles we didn't even know were damaged. To top it off, they had already taken down their equipment and was ready to leave when I mentioned that our gutters another company had installed had separated from the house, so they voluntarily went back up and repaired it!
Today we had them come by to check a water leak from our chimney cap. They were fantastic and extremely helpful. They could have charged us for a repair that would only have been temporary. Instead they gave us all our options for replacing and advised how the replacement should be done in order to have a proper cap. We have been using their service for years and have always had a great experience with the technicians that have come to our home. I would recommend Above All Roofing & Masonry to anyone who has any chimney needs. They are an awesome group of people.
We have had several good encounters with Above All Roofing & Masonry for our chimney over the years. With the most recent rain, we noticed some water leaking into our furnace flue. They came very quickly to assess our chimney and suggested some caulking and other repair work that was needed. The work was completed this morning in a thorough manner. The worker just needed a reminder to clean up after himself, though some mess was still left in the backyard.
